2. Listen to your bodies cues (headache, stress)

3. Remove the weeds (bad habits)

4. Plant knowledge 

5. Water seeds, reinforce them

Simple Pleasures




cheese & crackers

sharing my yogurt with kitty

watching the clouds move

watering tomatoes

bread, essentially 

spots on a kitties tongue

how great a good nickname is

almost stepping on a dog poo, but not

coming up with family traditions 

wearing a short ass summer outfit in the middle of winter while a baby bird down storm is going on out the window 

how school bus break lights are star shaped
